We all know it is hard to bring God up in conversation. It is our hope that these simple questions will help you bring God into conversations and share a simple truth from scripture with your friends and family.
May 7
Talk: Would you consider yourself obedient or disobedient to those in authority? Parents? Political Leaders? God?

Text: He said to them, “Pick me up and hurl me into the sea; then the sea will quiet down for you, for I know it is because of me that this great tempest has come upon you.” Jonah 1:12

Truth: When we disobey God it comes with a consequence. We all deserve Hell, but God provided a way for that consequence to be paid for. Do you know Jesus?
January 2
Talk: Do you pray? When do you pray? What do you pray about?

Text: Brothers, my heart's desire and prayer to God for them is that they may be saved. Romans 10:1

Truth: It is my heart’s desire that you and everyone would be saved. Would you pray that same thing with me?
January 9
Talk: Who is Jesus? Do you know Him? Can I tell you about Him?

Text: For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures, 1 Corinthians 15:3-4

Truth: Jesus lived a perfect life, died a sacrificial death and came back to life to pay the punishment of your sin!
January 16
Talk: Who or what do you follow? Feelings, Friends, Teachers, God?

Text: Be imitators of me, as I am of Christ. 1 Corinthians 11:1

Truth: I would love to be a mentor to you. So that we can both grow closer to Jesus.
January 23
Talk: Who do you model your life after? Why did you choose to model your life after them?

Text: While walking by the Sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers, Simon (who is called Peter)
and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea, for they were fishermen. And he said to them, “Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men. Matthew 4:18-19

Truth: Jesus invites us to model our life after His. Will you do this with me?
January 30
Talk: Do you have a bucket list? What is on your bucket list? What do you want to achieve?

Text: 
But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” Acts 1:8

Truth: Jesus gives us a big vision of reaching everyone everywhere with the Gospel. Let’s Go!
February 6
Talk: How do you know if something is successful or not? What do you think makes a church/ministry successful?

Text: You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he may give it to you. John 15:16

Truth: Outward fruit of the gospel, prayer and discipleship is what shows a successful church.
February 13
Talk: What’s a priority in your life? How could others see that this thing is a priority to you? Where is God on your priority list?

Text: But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. Matthew 6:33

Truth: Priority #1 needs to be God. What does it look like to have God as #1?
February 20
Talk: How do you define love? Who is in the category of people you love? What are the limits of your love for them?

Text: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16

Truth: The love of God is for the whole world. Have you experienced his love through Jesus?
February 27
Talk:
 How do you know that someone loves you? Who has the deepest and strongest love for you? Who do you love the deepest and strongest? Do you think God loves you? Why or why not?

Text: But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved. Ephesians 2:4-5

Truth: God loves you so deeply that he made a way for you to be set free from a death sentence. Are you saved?
March 5
Talk: When have you faced tragedy or loss? How did you respond?

Text: Then she arose with her daughters-in-law to return from the country of Moab, for she had heard in the fields of Moab that the Lord had visited his people and given them food. Ruth 1:6

Truth: God provided food in the midst of a famine. Sometimes it is easy to blame God or turn from Him in times of tragedy. Know that God is always there with you in the midst of the tragedy and will provide.
March 12
Talk: Who provides for you? Have you ever not had what you needed? What happened? 

Text: Let your eyes be on the field that they are reaping, and go after them. Have I not charged the young men not to touch you? And when you are thirsty, go to the vessels and drink what the young men have drawn. Ruth 2:9

Truth: In this story Ruth was an immigrant to a foreign land and had no money. She needed to rely on someone else to provide for her and God used Boaz to provide for Naomi and Ruth.
March 19
Talk: Have you ever needed help? Have you ever needed to be saved? Would you be willing to share?

Text: Then Naomi her mother-in-law said to her, “My daughter, should I not seek rest for you, that it may be well with you? Ruth 3:1

Truth: Ruth and Naomi were in need of help and in this passage we see Boaz offer to help them. Jesus does the same for us.
March 26
Talk: If you knew it was your last week on earth what would you do? What do you think happens after this life? Could I tell you about how to get to heaven?

Text: And he took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body, which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of me.” And likewise the cup after they had eaten, saying, “This cup that is poured out for you is the new covenant in my blood. Luke 22:19-20

Truth: Jesus spent His week teaching, praying and drawing people to himself. Jesus provided a way to spend eternity in heaven. What is keeping you from believing in Him?
April 2
Talk: Have you ever redeemed something? How much would you be willing to spend on something you really wanted?

Text: Then Boaz said to the elders and all the people, “You are witnesses this day that I have bought from the hand of Naomi all that belonged to Elimelech and all that belonged to Chilion and to Mahlon. Ruth 4:9

Truth: Boaz purchased the land of Naomi and also agreed to continue the family line of her husband and sons. Jesus Christ purchased us by giving His life so that we could be a part of His family forever
April 9
Talk: Have you ever been saved? (could by physically or spiritually) Do you know what it means to be saved spiritually?

Text: And we are witnesses of all that he did both in the country of the Jews and in Jerusalem. They put him to death by hanging him on a tree, but God raised him on the third day and made him to appear, not to all the people but to us who had been chosen by God as witnesses, who ate and drank with him after he rose from the dead. And he commanded us to preach to the people and to testify that he is the one appointed by God to be judge of the living and the dead. To him all the prophets bear witness that everyone who believes in him receives forgiveness of sins through his name.” Acts 10:39-43

Truth: Jesus died for you to save you from your sins. What is keeping you from trusting in Him today?
April 16
Talk: How do you make decisions? Who do you listen to?

Text: Now an angel of the Lord said to Philip, “Rise and go toward the south[a] to the road that goes down from Jerusalem to Gaza.” This is a desert place. And he rose and went. And there was an Ethiopian, a eunuch, a court official of Candace, queen of the Ethiopians, who was in charge of all her treasure. He had come to Jerusalem to worship Acts 8:26-27

Truth: The Holy Spirit leads us to Jesus and to live our lives for Jesus. He helps us know what to do and gives us the power to do it.
April 23
Talk: What do you think the Church’s job is? What characteristics do you think a Church should have?

Text: Therefore, brothers, pick out from among you seven men of good repute, full of the Spirit and of wisdom, whom we will appoint to this duty. But we will devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the word.” Acts 6:3-4

Truth: The church is about helping others physically and spiritually.
April 30
Talk: Who should Christians talk to about Jesus?

Text: He lived there two whole years at his own expense, and welcomed all who came to him, proclaiming the kingdom of God and teaching about the Lord Jesus Christ with all boldness and without hindrance. Acts 28:30-31

Truth: Christians are called to talk to everyone about Jesus. Can I share who He is with you today?
